Our Activities

– SHAKTII became the recipient of the P.C. Bagmar Memorial Award on 8th March 2024, International Women’s Day.
Visit to Avasara Academy in Pune.
– Ankana Kirtania arrived with her four students to conduct a Kathak class at SHAKTII.
– “Awareness about Plastic” and “Mental Wellbeing” sessions were conducted. A “Drama Workshop” was conducted by Ms. Aarti Patt.
– Sessions of Djembe Drums and Zumba dancing were conducted at Mr. Sandeep and Ms. Neha’s studio, “The Bliss,” in Belapur.
– A class on self-defence was conducted by Raunak Mookherjee of Combatant Sports Academy. A singing workshop was conducted by Mahalaxmi Iyer. Sheela Shankaran Iyer, who is the owner, principal, and teacher at Centura Linguistic Centre, conducted a German learning session for the girls.
– A royal celebration was held at the Royal Tulip banquet hall, Sapphire, for Founder’s Day.
– A Kathak workshop was conducted by Akana Ma’am.
– In October and November, the girls celebrated International Girl Child Day, had a Warli competition, celebrated Diwali, and also had a trip to KidZania.
– In December, a class on Physics Experiments, a Legends Talk session, and the Annual Poetry Competition were conducted, and the girls celebrated Christmas.
– In January, a session by Swasthya Shiksha: Building a Better Tomorrow, the celebration of Mahasankranti, a Spell-Bee Competition, and the ResQRoom – Second Field Trip for the girls were conducted.
– In February, a dental check-up was done for the girls.
– The annual function, “Perfect Ten,” was held.
– A Painting Exhibition was held in March.
