– Today Dr.Shubjangi Adate came to Shaktii Centre to address the girls and their mothers. Dr.Shubhangi Adate is a renowned gynaecologist of Navi-Mumbai, her specialization being Cosmetic Gynaecology. She owns a hospital called Ornate hospital in Kharghar. She holds the India record of delivering a baby safely from the heaviest lady.
– Dr. Shubhangi spoke to the girls about hygiene, how to keep oneself clean and dry and the benefits maintaining hygiene. She also addressed the issues of irregular menstrual cycles and offered the girls with problems consultation at her hospital free of cost.
– This was a very important and much needed session for the Shaktii girls as well as their mothers. Shaktii is grateful to Dr Shubhangi Adate for visiting the centre inspite of her busy schedule.
