Importance of Mental Health
– Today 19th June we had a session on mental wellness with Shrikant Iyer Sir and Manisha Jhamb Ma’am of Mind Buddies.
– The session started with a short meditation guided by Shrikant Sir.It helped us feel very calm and relaxed. We are thankful for that peaceful moment.
– After that, they gave us journals and discussed the importance of having goals in life. We were given 5 minutes to write our goals, and then we all read out our goals. When girls shared their goals very confidently everyone clapped and appreciated every girl.
– Later, Shrikanth Sir and Manisha Ma’am spoke about mental health and encouraged us to open up about our feelings. In the end, they asked us to write about that one emotion that hurts us the most. Our next session is going to be about that emotion. I am already looking forward to it.
– We are truly grateful to Shrikant Sir and Manisha Ma’am for spending time with us and guiding us so well.I personally want to thank Mind Buddies. As always I felt very peaceful and motivated after attending the session. So thank you Shrikant sir , Manisha ma’am for the wonderful session.Thank you my mentors for arranging this wonderful sessions.
