Founder’s Day – 29th June
– Though our Founder’s Day is on 1st July, this year 29th June was a Sunday and we decided to celebrate it on this day. Our Chief guests were Ms.Ujjawala Haware {Founder of Haware Engineers & Builders}, Ms.Aseem Gokarna Harwansh {Founder of AGH Design,an award winning design consultancy firm practising sustainable landscapes,horticulture & environment solutions} and Mr.Pankaj Harwansh{Executive director of BNI, who uses his wealth of knowledge ,expertise and passion to help small businesses to grow and succeed}.
– Roshan Harwansh, {an undergrad student of Flame University,Pune , is doing her internship at Shaktii} was the master of ceremony and she conducted the whole program smoothly , with ease. After welcoming the Chief Guests Roshan asked our senior student Prapti Patil to sing a song. Prapti mesmerised all of us with her beautiful rendition of the famous song “Jyoti Kalash Chhalke”. After that it was time to see a bharatanatyam performance . The girls learnt the steps in one day and performed beautifully. Next, the core values of Shakti were turned into rhyming lines and performed by Prapti, Nitika,Suhana and Tanushreepriya.
– Then it was time to felicitate the 10th passout girls. 13 girls of the batch 2023-2025 passed their tenth grade with flying colors and they attribute their success to the time spent at Shaktii. So it was our privilege and joy to felicitate them.
– Then it was time for another dance form which the girls learnt in a day. Invoking Shakti with kathak performance was absolutely fantastic. It was then time to release the new brochure made by Roshan. The amount of effort put in by Roshan in making the brochure was clearly visible in the appreciation it got by everyone.
– There was a surprise for Tanushreepriya ,who just got promoted to 10th grade after spending two years at Shaktii. A good samaritan Mr.Dhiraj Shah & his wife Mrs.Hemangi Shah gifted Tanushree a laptop because of her fantastic performance in academics.
– After that,the chief guests spoke to the girls and motivated them with their inspiring words. Shaktii anthem ,the Shaktii song was played and the girls hummed along with it. Then it was time for the Vote Of Thanks by Tanu Parihar and Bhavika Vaskar of present 9th grade. Both did an excellent job of thanking everyone. This was an amazing beginning for the 11th year of Shaktii.
